I found that my quality of sleep improved from the first night I used my cervical pillow. I have issues with my neck and the support of this pillow helped alleviate the pain. I was concerned that it would take a few nights or more to get used to it, but I found no problems from the first night. I also bought one for my wife and she loves it too.

I have arthritis in my neck and although I fall asleep on my side, I tend to move around a lot - from my stomach to my back and back. This is the most comfortable I have felt in a long time. I was hesitant to spend the **** but I am so glad I tried this pillow. It has given me the best night's sleep I have had in years.

I love this type of pillow, I had a similar one but it eventually gave out. That's why I wanted to try this one and I was not disappointed.
Lying on this pillow is very comfortable. Delivered compressed into a roll, before the first use it should first be left to unfold to its full size.
