How much does shipping cost?
Shipping our products to most European countries is free of charge. Just enter the shipping address in the system and the system will calculate the shipping itself.Orders from an order value of 49.90 EUR shipped within the EU have no shipping costs. Orders with an order value under 49.90 EUR, which are shipped within the EU, usually have shipping costs of 5 EUR.
How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time in Germany is about 3-5 working days.
Which forwarder we cooperate with?
We have entrusted the deliveries of our products to GLS.
With GLS, you can receive parcels flexibly and conveniently or have them picked up by an authorized representative. You have numerous options for receiving your shipment or redirecting it if necessary.
What should I do if the cushion has not arrived within the stated delivery time?

Is shipping to Switzerland possible?
Of course, delivery of the comfort pillow to Switzerland is possible. Shipping costs from 9 EUR. Place your order in our e-shop, the system will automatically calculate the shipping cost.
Unfortunately, Switzerland is not an EU country. All shipments that are imported into the country are subject to additional customs duties, but how high the customs costs are, we can not say in advance. The incurred customs duties are always directed to the recipient, which must be paid before delivery to receive the goods.

We make every effort to pack the KomfortKissen so that it arrives in perfect condition. If your package has been damaged, please send us a photo to kundenservice@komfortkissen.de and we will endeavor to find a solution as quickly as possible.
I am not satisfied with the product I received.
You can return the KomfortKissen within 14 days without giving any reason. Please note that only clean and undamaged products can be returned. Otherwise a fine will be charged.
More articles from us can be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. The customer is entitled to a money-back guarantee ONLY if the goods have not been used, have not been unpacked and are in their original condition.
All costs for the return shipment shall be borne by the customer.

100 nights trial guarantee
You have the opportunity to test our comfort mattresses and mattress toppers risk-free in your own home for 100 nights. If you don't get the comfort you were hoping for, we will give you the option of returning the mattress or topper for a full refund.

Please note that the cost of returning the topper will be borne by the customer.
The return of the mattress is free of charge, but a reproduction fee of €39.00 will be applied.
I received the wrong product.
If something has gone wrong with your delivery, please send us a photo to kundenservice@komfortkissen.de and we will endeavor to find a solution as quickly as possible.
Reimbursement of shipping costs
If you return a product due to a defect, poor quality or damage, we will also refund the shipping costs.
If you return the product for personal reasons and it has no visible defects, we will refund the product itself, but the shipping costs will not be refunded.
I have returned the pillow but have not yet received a refund.
It may take up to 14 days after receipt of the return for the amount to be refunded or the invoice to be canceled. If you still have not received a refund, please send us an e-mail to kundenservice@komfortkissen.de.
The parcel was delivered to a parcel center for self-collection or a post office.
All parcels must be delivered by courier directly to the address on the label. Consignments that are not delivered directly to the address on the label will not be accepted by us and will automatically be returned to the sender.
