You can wash the cover. We do not recommend washing the actual pillow.

  • Does the pillow come in different sizes?

The pillow is available in one size 100 x 150cm.

  • For which complaints is the KomfortKissen helpful?

The pillow is suitable for people with back, neck and shoulder pain. It supports the head, neck, abdomen, hips and knees. It relieves discomfort from arthritis, fibromyalgia and herniated discs and supports blood circulation and blood flow.

  • Is the pillow also suitable for stomach/back sleepers?

The ComfortPillow is suitable for back sleepers. While it may not be the best option for stomach sleepers, it can still be used in a seated position for activities such as reading, relaxing, or watching TV.

  • How long can I test the KomfortKissen ?

You have 28-days to test the cushion. Only undamaged and unpolluted goods can be returned.
Other items from us can be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery for a refund. The customer is entitled to a money-back guarantee if the goods have not been used, have not been unpacked and are in their original condition.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Absolutely! The pillow is wonderfully suitable for 99% of all beds.

We accept payments by card, PayPal and on account via Klarna.

  • How can I cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at to cancel your order. If the package is already in transit, cancelation is no longer possible.
