The "armchair" arrived well packaged. We had to put the armrests into the cover ourselves and they were so misshapen due to the vacuum that we didn't expect them to spread out like this after 24 hours and develop into firm armrests.
All in all, a great product that we can recommend!

I have been using the support chair for myself for some time and have now ordered another one for my mother. My bed doesn't have a headboard and my sofa doesn't have any side panels either, but it is positioned against the wall on one side. With the cushion, I can now watch TV, read or work comfortably leaning against the wall. Before, I had a wedge cushion, but it wasn't high enough and I always had to pile another cushion on top. Now the support chair is practically my favorite cushion. The only downside: the cover is only available in boring gray...
