Shipping

We deliver our pillows free of shipping costs to your home.

Usually the delivery time takes about 3-5 business days within Germany.

Unfortunately no, delivery is only possible to an address where you can receive the package personally.

We endeavor to deliver all parcels within the specified delivery time. If this has not happened in your case, please contact us at customer service@komfortkissen.de

Of course, delivery of the comfort pillow to Switzerland is possible. The shipping costs 9eur.

Unfortunately, Switzerland is not an EU country. All shipments that are imported into the country are subject to additional customs duties, but how high the customs costs are, we can not say in advance. The incurred customs duties are always directed to the recipient, which must be paid before delivery to receive the goods. 

Return

We make every effort to pack the KomfortKissen so that it arrives in perfect condition. If your package has been damaged, please send us a photo to customer service@komfortkissen.de and we will endeavor to find a solution as quickly as possible.

You can return the cushion within 28 days without giving any reason (please note that the cushion covers alone cannot be returned). However, the withdrawal must be expressly announced. Simply returning the goods (without an explicit declaration) within 28 days is not sufficient. Please note that only clean and undamaged products can be returned
Other items from us can be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. The customer is entitled to a money-back guarantee if the goods have not been used or unpacked and are in their original condition.
All costs for the return shipment are to be borne by the customer.
The customer must inform us of their return request. Please contact us at: customer service@komfortkissen.de

If something has gone wrong with your delivery, please send us a photo to customer service@komfortkissen.de and we will endeavor to find a solution as quickly as possible.

It may take up to 14 days after receipt of the return for the amount to be refunded or the invoice to be canceled. If you still have not received a refund, please send us an e-mail to customer service@komfortkissen.de.
